Last night the Bravehearts travelled close to home to play the Shelburne Sharks. The Grey County rivalry between the Meaford Knights and the Grey Highlands Bravehearts finally turned in favour of the Bravehearts, due to some outstanding netminding by new goalie Rio Virgoe!  Rio was the 1st star of the game stopping 39 of 41 shots to give the Bravehearts a 3-2 win over the Knights.  Scoring was divided amongst 3...


Tonight the Bravehearts play the Bradford Rattlers!  New to the Bravehearts line-up:  Jacob Spoone, forward from Fairfax, Virginia wearing jersey #44, Storm Evans, defenceman  from Orangeville, Ontario wearing jersey #6, Abe Lamontagne, forward from Sooke, British Columbia, and Rio Virgoe from Allen Texas, goaltender.


The Grey Highlands Bravehearts put up a big score last night winning 11-5 over the Shelburne Sharks. Star of the night was Kristers Bormanis with 7 points, 4 goals and 3 assists!  Young goalie Jacob Chartrand had his 3rd win of the season! Next home game is tomorrow Sunday December 13 vs. the Alliston Coyotes! Go Bravehearts Go!

Friday December 4th, your Bravehearts scored big against the Colborne Chiefs at their home rink in Markdale. Score was 4-2 after the first, 9-4 after the second, and a fina of 10-4 for the Bravehearts.  Colin Kijowski from Singhampton had a big game with 5 points as well as Kristers Bormanis who also had a 5 point night!  Next home game...


The Grey Highlands Bravehearts are pleased to welcome Chris Weaver from Durham to the line-up.  Chris was the captain of the Grey County Grizzlies which have taken a leave of absence for the remainder of the season.  Chris will be wearing #45 and playing defence for your Bravehearts.


Yesterday the Bravehearts were part of the Annual Santa Claus Parade in Markdale!  The team handed out candy canes to all the children along the route, and Cameron  led the boys in resounding "Give me a B" cheers! 


The Bravehearts travelled to Oshawa last evening for the first of a back to back series with the RiverKings. With outstanding net minding by Ben Morgan and 3 points from Orion Kemp the Bravehearts clinched the first game 4-3.
